Role Description
This is a full-time Ecommerce Lead role located in Metro Manila. The Ecommerce Lead will be responsible for managing day-to-day E-commerce operations, driving sales, and enhancing the customer shopping experience on Teviant's online platforms. Key responsibilities include overseeing analytical insights, customer service strategies, and communication initiatives to optimize online sales performance.
Qualifications
• Analytical Skills and E-Commerce expertise
• Creative problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Proven experience in sales management and online retail operations
• Previous experience in the beauty or fashion industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
