  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

The Appraiser is primarily responsible in conducting field Inspection and other related lending activities in Appraisal, Credit Investigation, Title Verification, and Annotation / Encumbrance of Mortgage with Government Agencies.

Qualifications
  • Graduate of any Engineering Related Course is an advantage
  • Preferable a Registered Engineer or Registered Real Estate Appraiser (REA)
  • Able to read/interpret building floor plans and bills of materials, understand the cartesian coordinate system
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Computer Literate
  • Good interpersonal relationship
  • Willing to be assigned in Makati area or any nearby areas.
