The Brand & Marketing Head is responsible for leading and executing strategic marketing and branding initiatives that align with the Aivee Group’s business goals. This role ensures a cohesive brand presence across all channels and touchpoints, driving customer engagement, growth, and loyalty both locally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement integrated brand and marketing strategies that support the growth of Aivee Clinics, Aivee Skin, and other business units.

• Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across traditional and digital platforms.

• Ensure timely production and delivery of all marketing and brand collateral.

• Collaborate closely with the Head of PR & Events to ensure successful execution of events with brand alignment and full marketing support.

• Lead and manage the Marketing & Communications team, including Digital Marketing, Social Media, Content, and Creative functions.

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify consumer trends, market opportunities, and brand positioning strategies.

• Strengthen brand equity and ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints and markets.

• Oversee all digital initiatives including website management, SEO/SEM, social media, email campaigns, and online advertising.

• Manage the department’s budget, ensuring cost efficiency and measurable ROI for all marketing activities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Product Development, and Finance to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives.

• Leverage data and analytics tools to evaluate marketing performance, optimize campaigns, and inform decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• At least 15 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 in a senior managerial or executive marketing role.

• Established network in marketing, communications, and events industries.

• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in managing high-performing teams.

• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.

• Highly creative with the ability to conceptualize and execute impactful marketing campaigns.

• Proficient in traditional and digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, social media, email, and online advertising.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Experienced in data analysis and performance tracking using marketing analytics tools.

• Agile, forward-thinking, and open to emerging trends and technologies.

• Strong cultural awareness and ability to develop campaigns that resonate with both local and global audiences.
