About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven E-commerce Manager to manage and grow our presence on leading online marketplaces (Shopee & Lazada) and lead social media activations to drive traffic and sales. You will execute online sales strategies, manage store operations, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Management
• Oversee daily operations of official stores on Shopee and Lazada.
• Manage product listings, pricing, content, and visual merchandising.
• Ensure accuracy of product information, availability, and promotional offers.
• Plan and execute store campaigns, flash sales, vouchers, and paid ads.
• Coordinate with platform category managers to maximize exposure and campaign participation.
• Monitor order fulfillment, stock availability, returns, and product ratings.
Sales & Strategy
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly/annual revenue targets.
• Analyze store data to identify trends, growth opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Manage campaign budgets and promotions to achieve optimal ROI.
Social Media & Campaigns
• Plan and execute social media campaigns to drive traffic to Shopee/Lazada stores.
• Collaborate with marketing teams and agencies to develop engaging content, promotions, and influencer partnerships.
• Coordinate paid social media ads (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) linking directly to marketplace stores.
• Monitor and adjust strategies based on social media-driven traffic/sales performance.
Customer Experience
• Oversee customer service, ensuring timely responses to inquiries, reviews, and complaints.
• Implement strategies to improve store ratings, reviews, and customer satisfaction.
Reporting & Analysis
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales, traffic, and campaign performance.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on marketplace and social media data.
Requirements
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related fields.
Experience
• 3–5 years of experience managing Shopee and Lazada stores.
• Proven track record in driving online sales and growing marketplace revenue.
• Experience in social media activations supporting e-commerce sales.
• Experience working with marketing teams or external agencies.
Skills
• Strong knowledge of marketplace operations, seller tools, and platform advertising.
• Familiarity with social media ad platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads).
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and drive decisions.
