Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive E-Commerce Specialist & Virtual Assistant to support our growing e-commerce operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating our online store, handling a range of administrative and technical tasks, and assisting both the Head of Design and Head of Digital Marketing.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and update product listings, banners, and site content using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Assist in data entry and spreadsheet management, including SKU matching and inventory updates.
• Create engaging and branded PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use.
• Use Google Suite tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Gmail) to collaborate and organize files.
• Design and schedule Klaviyo email campaigns (EDMs) as directed by the marketing team.
• Match data across platforms to ensure consistency (e.g. inventory systems, CRM, website).
• Coordinate with design and marketing teams to help implement campaigns and promotions.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues or identify problems that need escalation.
• Maintain documentation of work done and suggest improvements to systems and processes.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in managing or assisting with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento).
• Strong command of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (formerly G Suite).
• Experience using Klaviyo or similar email marketing tools.
• Solid understanding of data handling, including spreadsheets and product matching.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive tasks without loss of accuracy.
• Prior experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a bonus.
