ROLE SUMMARY
Our client is seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to their partners, with an initial focus on assisting CEO Peer Groups. This role involves a variety of responsibilities, from managing administrative tasks and coordinating communications to handling scheduling and light social media activity. Ideal candidates will excel in a fast-paced, multi-client environment and bring a proactive, tech-savvy approach to ensure efficient operations.
WORK SCHEDULE: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Central Daylight Time (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays
POSITION TYPE: Full Time
WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Filter and prioritize client communications, addressing issues on behalf of the executive or assisting in problem-solving
• Provide administrative support, including drafting and editing emails, memos, and other communications
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of communications and tasks
• Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and prioritize tasks based on urgency
• Organize and prepare meetings, including sending reminders, booking venues, and arranging catering as needed
• Answer phone calls in a polite, professional manner
• Perform minor accounting tasks, including expense tracking and reporting
• Support light social media posting and engagement
QUALIFICATIONS:
• A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
• Experience with light social media and online engagement
• Tech expert required
• Demonstrated expertise in supporting executives, including high-level calendar and email management
• Proven experience in a multi-client environment, with strong adaptability
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, with a strong aptitude for technology
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
• Independent, self-directed worker comfortable in an autonomous environment
• Skilled in data management, analytics, and report preparation
