Sapient is on the hunt for driven individuals to join our Audio Technical Support team in Alabang! As an Audio Tech 2, you’ll provide top-tier technical support for customers, helping them resolve audio and equipment-related issues through voice, email, and chat.
If you're an experienced professional with a background in technical support or audio equipment, this could be your next great opportunity!
Your Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for audio equipment through voice, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to audio products and services.
• Offer excellent customer service and technical guidance in a timely manner.
Needed Qualifications:
• At least 2nd Year College Completed or Senior High School Graduate (Old or New Curriculum).
• 1 Year of Call Center Experience (voice or non-voice, international accounts only).
• 3+ Years of Work Experience (any industry).
• Experience in Technical Support and/or Audio Equipment (preferred but not required).
