  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Responsibilities:

• Answers phone calls and provides important information/ assistance to clients

• Checks mail, fax, and internet mail to provide customer assistance

• Communicates with customers on the phone or using written correspondence to take care of concerns

• Answer participant questions, , as well as talk to participants to achieve a full understanding of what critical information is being asked.

What are we looking for?

• Open to candidates who completed college no experience required

• Open to High School and Senior High School Graduates with BPO experience

• Excellent to above-average English communication skills

• BPO experience is a plus but not necessary

• Can do onsite work

• Within 25km to 35 km
