Job Description
This is a pioneering marketing role where you are responsible for leading the marketing strategy and execution for a portfolio of FMCG brands, ensuring their growth and success in the Philippine market
• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for multiple FMCG brands under distribution
• Lead brand planning, positioning, and consumer engagement strategies across channels
• Collaborate with Sales, Trade Marketing, and external partners to align plans and drive business growth
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and consumer behavior to guide data-driven decisions
• Oversee marketing budgets and ensure ROI-focused execution
The Successful Applicant
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing roles within the FMCG industry
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Highly analytical with strong business acumen
• Collaborative, agile, and entrepreneurial mindset
• Can work independently. This role will report directly to the COO and is an individiual contributor
