A Digital Marketing / CRM Lead is responsible for strategizing, planning, and overseeing the performance of Sony Philippines’ CRM and digital marketing channels to achieve the marketing and sales objectives of the company.

CRM LEAD (70%)

Develop relevant EDM content and content calendar that resonates with the target audience, driving awareness, engagement, and conversion.

Develop customer journey for each of Sony’s category to maximize the CRM data.

Spearhead lead-generation projects & campaigns to support acquisition of new CRM registrants.

Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engines, social media, email, and the company website.

DIGITAL MARKETING (30%)

Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads, etc.) and social media ads (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Tiktok) to maximize ROI.

Develop a content calendar and collaborate with Social Media Agency and in-house Creatives Department to create engaging and high-quality content for social media platforms (e.g., blog posts, videos, social media graphics).

Assist in managing social media channels, engage with followers, and build online communities.

Assist in the development and execution of online advertising campaigns.

REPORTING

Track, analyze, and report monthly data performance of CRM and digital marketing activities and provide insightful suggestions to improve the strategies.

Set and achieve targets to meet CRM and digital marketing KPIs identified by the company

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or other related field

5-6 years of experience in CRM and digital marketing

Relevant training certificates for CRM and digital marketing

Proficiency in copywriting

Good communication skills to be able to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

Proactive and fast learner

Experience with marketing automation software, CRM platforms such as Asana, Hubspot, Salesforce is a plus
