Job Overview:

Business Developer is responsible for driving volume growth and increasing market share of the business through negotiation, account management and development of customers in the trade.

This is a leader-to-self role, who would support the business development of the local market through his strong selling, negotiation and account management skills.

The ideal candidate is high performing, with a track record of strong performance in his/her current and previous roles, showing high potential. He/She should have good communication, collaboration and analytical skills to maintain positive business relationships and ensure sustained business growth for both the customer and the company.

• Other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior.

Position Requirements

• At least 2-year experience in field sales (or any related profession)

• Preferably Bachelor’s degree in Business-related discipline

• Experience in General Trade Sales Wholesaler Development, an advantage

• Experience in Client-Facing negotiations

• Proficient in the following

• Customer Management

• Trade Math

• Financial Acumen

• Working knowledge on data analysis using Excel or other analytical application

• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build strong relationship quickly and effectively

• Sense of urgency and willingness to use initiative

• Process-oriented and technology-inclined

• With work integrity and strong collaborative skills
