OVERVIEW:
We are looking to hire a B2B/Enterprise Business Development Manager to be part of our Global Sales Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth through direct sales efforts. You will be selling our services to corporate training companies and L&D teams in the US.
Responsibilities:
1) Market research and industry analysis in order to identify and seek new business opportunities
2) Drive growth and achieve sales. Manage complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
3) Launch high performing email campaigns, Linkedin outreach etc
4) Making cold calls to connect with target industry stakeholders/decision-makers
5) Regular follow up with existing leads and nurture client relationship in US to meet sales targets
6) Reporting and Analysis
Candidate Profile:
a) Proven track record of achieving sales targets across B2B Business verticals
b) 4+ years of B2B/Enterprise experience with good knowledge in networking and working with stakeholders in HR and L&D senior leadership/CXO positions.
c) Exceptional communication skills
d) Minimum 2 years of experience doing cold outreach and making cold calls to International clients (Mandatory)
Technical Skills:
a) Familiarity and knowledge of CRM Tools like Hubspot, Salesforce is preferred
b) Experience using lead gen and email automation tools is mandatory - Apollo, Lusha, Zoominfo, Linkedin, Smartlead
c) Understanding of Translation/Localization industry in a huge plus
d) Experience in remote sales, selling in the US/Europe geography
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
