Job Role
Lead and develop a high-performing team to acquire new clients by leveraging knowledge of products and services
Execute strategic sales planning by identifying target markets, industries, and territories
Align the sales team to target markets and develop a sales plan to achieve annual goals and targets
Set team and individual performance goals, and develop robust plans to deliver business results
Develop and analyze performance reports to track team productivity and sales outcomes
Arrange business development meetings with prospective clients

Build long-term relationships with new customers
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, or in a similar role
Demonstrated success in business development, sales, or related positions
Strong understanding of sales principles, market dynamics, and customer behavior
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport and foster long-term relationships
Strong time management and planning skills
Willingness and flexibility to do field work
Compensation
Php 35,000 – 40,000
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
One Saturday per month (every last Saturday)
