Job Description
As an E-commerce Specialist, you will manage and optimize online product listings that support e-commerce and capital sales strategies. Collaborating with marketing and sales teams, you’ll conduct product research, analyze performance data, and recommend improvements to drive visibility, accuracy, and results across a wide range of industrial equipment offerings.

The Qualifications We Seek
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing online product listings on e-commerce platforms or similar systems
• Strong skills in data analysis and reporting to evaluate listing performance and generate insights
• Proven ability to create, edit, and maintain high-quality product listings
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective cross-functional teamwork
• Exposure to Commerce Tools and Builder.io (highly regarded)

• Manage and ensure the accuracy of online product listings that drive sales and hire enquiries.
• Collaborate with the marketing team, capital sales, and general managers to align listing strategies.
• Maintain and optimize product listings across digital platforms.
• Conduct product research to support listing effectiveness.
• Analyze listing performance, report findings, and recommend improvements to boost visibility and results.
• Support e-commerce and capital sales strategies through optimized online catalogues.
