Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Support: Provide assistance to customers experiencing issues with cryptocurrency wallets, including transactions, account access, and wallet configuration.

• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical problems such as failed transactions, wallet synchronization issues, and error messages in cryptocurrency wallets.

• Guidance: Offer clear instructions on how to set up, transfer, and manage cryptocurrency within digital wallets, ensuring users understand how to use wallet features securely.

• Security Assistance: Help customers with wallet security, including setting up two-factor authentication, private keys, seed phrases, and resolving any security-related concerns.

• Transaction Support: Assist customers in resolving issues with sending, receiving, or confirming cryptocurrency transactions, and provide updates on transaction status.

• Escalation: Escalate complex technical issues or unresolved concerns to senior technical teams or developers for advanced troubleshooting.

• Documentation: Log support requests, resolutions, and customer interactions in the system for tracking, monitoring, and reporting.

• Education: Provide customers with information about cryptocurrency best practices, wallet management, and security measures to minimize risks.

• Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest developments in cryptocurrency technology, wallet functionalities, and blockchain to ensure accurate support.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in technical support or customer service, preferably in cryptocurrency or fintech applications.

• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and digital wallet operations.

• Familiarity with various cryptocurrency wallets (e.g., MetaMask, Trust Wallet, Coinbase Wallet, etc.) and digital currency transactions.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to users.

• Ability to handle multiple support inquiries while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Knowledge of security protocols like private keys, two-factor authentication, and wallet recovery methods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php22,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
