- Assist the Director of Marketing & Communication for the marketing & communication tasks and requirements of the property.
- Work with the Director of Marketing & Communication for social media content creation which includes copywriting.
- Handle community management of property social media accounts.
- Coordinate for the production of marketing materials required to execute a promotion or campaign.
- Ensures that Crimson and outlets brand standards are followed.
- Takes charge of administrative tasks such as preparation of request forms and submission of social media reports.
- Gathering data on campaign success, often through collecting audience & outlet staff's feedback.
- Assists with the setup, facilitation and completion of marketing events.
- Oversees the design and graphics of marketing materials.
- Adhere to all company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Maintains positive relations with hotel colleagues.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills, especially for social media platforms.
- Proficient in social media management and community engagement.
- Familiar with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for marketing material creation.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to gather and report campaign performance data and feedback.
- Excellent coordination and administrative skills, with the ability to support events and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to work in Muntinlupa City.
