Primary Job Description

  • Assist the Director of Marketing & Communication for the marketing & communication tasks and requirements of the property.
  • Work with the Director of Marketing & Communication for social media content creation which includes copywriting.
  • Handle community management of property social media accounts.
  • Coordinate for the production of marketing materials required to execute a promotion or campaign.
  • Ensures that Crimson and outlets brand standards are followed.
  • Takes charge of administrative tasks such as preparation of request forms and submission of social media reports.
  • Gathering data on campaign success, often through collecting audience & outlet staff's feedback.
  • Assists with the setup, facilitation and completion of marketing events.
  • Oversees the design and graphics of marketing materials.
  • Adhere to all company standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Maintains positive relations with hotel colleagues.


Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills, especially for social media platforms.
  • Proficient in social media management and community engagement.
  • Familiar with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for marketing material creation.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to gather and report campaign performance data and feedback.
  • Excellent coordination and administrative skills, with the ability to support events and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to work in Muntinlupa City.
