Project Deliverables

Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development

  • Identify and attract qualified candidates through various sourcing methods (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, etc.).
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of top talent for current and future hiring needs.

HR Interview & Candidate Assessment

  • Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate fit based on job requirements and company culture.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers.

Job Offer Management

  • Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates.
  • Negotiate salary and benefits within approved guidelines.

Contract Administration

  • Draft and facilitate employment contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Coordinate pre-employment requirements and onboarding documentation.
