Job Purpose:
Plan and monitor the implementation of the performance management process for all divisions with key focus on standardization and enhancements and ensuring governance & compliance adherence by collaborating and partnering with various stakeholders in inculcating a high- performing culture and capability/competency building to equip employees and functional heads with the understanding of managing performance.
Areas of Responsibilities:
- Standardization of Performance Management
- Review and Design Performance Management Enhancements
- Data Accuracy and Efficiency
- Statistics and Report Management
- Talent Management
Requirements:
- At least 5 managerial years of experience in human resources with specialization in Performance Management
- Graduate of BS/BA degree in human resources, management, psychology, behavioral science, or any related course
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Must be willing to be assigned in MOA Square, Pasay City
