Job Purpose:

Plan and monitor the implementation of the performance management process for all divisions with key focus on standardization and enhancements and ensuring governance & compliance adherence by collaborating and partnering with various stakeholders in inculcating a high- performing culture and capability/competency building to equip employees and functional heads with the understanding of managing performance.

Areas of Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • At least 5 managerial years of experience in human resources with specialization in Performance Management
  • Graduate of BS/BA degree in human resources, management, psychology, behavioral science, or any related course
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be willing to be assigned in MOA Square, Pasay City
