POSITION SUMMARY:

As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Team. You will be a key partner in managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential communications, and ensuring the team operates at peak productivity. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Experience supporting a CEO or other C-Level executives.
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and executive team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, calls, travel, and events across multiple time zones and resolving conflicts proactively.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries and process expense reports.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders in the executive team’s internal and external network.
  • Prioritize conflicting obligations and needs, independently and proactively carry out projects to completion on tight deadlines.
  • Manage and contribute to special projects as needed.


WHAT’S REQUIRED:

  • 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership
  • Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms
  • Discreet and trustworthy, with a demonstrated ability to handle confidential information
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Adaptability and a proactive approach in a fast-moving environment
  • Experience in a high-growth, fast paced industry preferred
