Key Functions
- Initial presentation, Data Gathering from Leads (Prospect) personal information, campaign/source of information, Seller Assignment, Lead nurturing and Prospect Status Monitoring.
- Assures quality assurance standards, good customer service, clean and accurate data.
- Be able to follow the set standards on processing inquiries (Key functions stated) and assures that no unprocessed leads within 24 hours.
- Inquiries qualified as Prospect must have: Interest, Contactable Number, Email Information and agrees to get assisted by our property representative (handling seller).
- To generate feedback from the prospect by sending a follow-up letter if the initial inquiry has been satisfied (LMC agent + Handling seller). If not, notifies and follow up the handling seller to attend to the inquiry.
- Monitors the status of the prospect by getting updates from the handling sellers.
- Assures that data gathering is correct at all times, maintain no dirty data policy.
- Submission of reports on time.
- Observe good customer service and customer satisfaction
