Profile Requirements:

Experience
6+ years of experience in graphic design with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Portfolio
Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects across print and digital mediums.
Design Knowledge
Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition with a keen eye for detail.
Industry Awareness
Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in graphic design and branding.
Communication
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas, receive feedback, and collaborate effectively.
Problem-Solving
Creative problem-solving abilities with adaptability to evolving project requirements and client needs.
Time Management
Strong time-management skills, handling multiple projects while meeting deadlines in fast-paced environments.
Social Media Understanding
Understanding of social media and how to utilize produced graphics content to further business objectives.

Core responsibilities:

Creative Development
Develop creative concepts, designs, and layouts for marketing materials, including logos, brochures, social media graphics, and more.
Collaboration
Collaborate with clients and teams to understand project goals, target audiences, and design requirements.
Visual Communication
Translate ideas into visuals that effectively communicate brand identity, messaging, and value propositions.
Design Execution
Create high-quality designs using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
Brand Identity
Develop and refine brand identities, including logos, typography, and color palettes, for consistency and recognition.
Digital Design
Design digital experiences such as website layouts, UI elements, and multimedia content like infographics and videos.
Team Support
Work with cross-functional teams to support marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
Project Management
Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and incorporate feedback to meet deadlines in fast-paced environments.

NOTE: This is a permanent, remote position structured as an “Independent Contractor” arrangement. Selected candidates must have their own equipment and reliable internet connection. Additionally, they will be responsible for managing their own taxes and benefits. Compensation is offered on a bi-weekly basis.
