Job Description

  • Manage performance and drive competitive advantage of overseas sellers in assigned categories:
  • Monitor trends and analyze seller performance and profitability - generate actionable insights to develop category initiatives aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Map category landscape and coordinate with seller market teams to design and execute category growth plans.
  • Coordinate with both local and cross-border teams to ensure optimal resource allocation - leverage available internal resources to drive campaign performance of overseas sellers.
  • Collaborate with seller market teams to obtain information, cascade programs, generate investments and gather feedback from overseas sellers in assigned categories.
  • Act as point of contact for any operational issues of cross-border shops in assigned categories.
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses related to assigned categories as required

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Project management/stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Data-driven mindset and solid business acumen (good understanding of growth and profitability)
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin is a plus, but not required
