I. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Implements appropriate labor relations strategies, plans and interventions to develop and maintain a high performing work environment
  • Consults with stakeholders to accurately diagnose issues and provides advice and solutions that maximize business results
  • Ensures the company’s compliance to Philippine labor laws and standards, company policies, and applicable law/government-related concerns.

II. JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Educational Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law, Political Science or equivalent
  • At least 5 years’ experience in the related field
  • Has handled labor matters – DOLE or NLRC, SENA
  • With experience in handling DOLE compliance inspection

Technical Skills:

  • Extensive knowledge of the Philippine labor laws
  • Proficient knowledge of arbitration and mediation, legal proceeding/due process, fair employment practices, etc.
  • Negotiation and handling administrative investigation
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
