- Collaborate with employees and managers to gather insights and proactively address HR-related challenges.
- HR Business Partnering & Centralized HR Platform Development
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement a centralized HR platform that integrates HR services, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
- Recommend standard HR processes across departments to reduce complexity and enhance compliance.
- Governance & Optimization of Digital HR Solutions
- Oversee the governance and continuous improvement of HR technologies, ensuring they are user-friendly and aligned with business needs.
- Drive the adoption of a centralized digital HR ecosystem to simplify HR interactions and improve accessibility.
- Leverage data analytics to monitor HR system effectiveness, identify trends, and recommend enhancements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in HR process standardization, business partnering, and HR digital transformation.
- Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management and experience design.
- Expertise in HR technologies and centralized HR platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
