Job Responsibilities:

  • Cooperate with the operation of the internal culture, social media accounts, BBS, multimedia interactive booth, et al
  • Manage and execute daily content editing, publishing, maintenance and interaction
  • Maintain extensive and in-depth communication with staff at all levels of the department to write vivid, interesting and culturally appropriate reports
  • Cooperate with the public relations department of the company to conduct a wide range of publicity
  • Assist in completing employee care or staff activity recorded and reasonably applied in cultural publicity work
  • Develop and implement long-term publicity plan according to company culture and department development

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Comms, and/or any relevant field
  • At least 3 years engagement, marketing/digital marketing experience in customer service environment; travel/tourism industry, preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; ability to speak Mandarin is a plus
  • Proven expertise in culture, branding, social media management and has taste for local and international aesthetics
  • Strong knowledge of basic and advanced design and media tools
  • Strong self-motivation and team communication skills
