Job description
Project Role: HR Business Partner (Asst Manager level).
Location: Alabang Muntinlupa
Principal Accountabilities:
Required years: 5-7 years with HR business and related experience
With experience in recruitment (especially sourcing), scheduling interviews, etc.
Conducts orientation and introduction of newly hired employees.
Responsible for the preparation of employment contracts and notice of personnel action form for newly hired employees and monitoring of employment contract expiration.
Assists the HR Manager in benefits administration.
Process payments of invoices
Has experience in employee referral processing
Promote employee’s welfare by providing various employee activities.
Assists the HR Manager in the implementation of various HR policies.
Computes employee's final / retirement pay upon resignation / redundancy. Process all employees' retirement benefits claims.
Prepares annual and monthly reports in relation to employee’s withholding tax on compensation and fringe benefits.
Keeps an updated monthly report on employee’s company, statutory and 3rd party loans.
Monitors and updates employee’s insurance coverage on life, personal accident and health.
Performs other tasks as may be assigned.
