  • Work in coordination with the Social Media Strategist and Social Media Account Manager in ensuring that all deliverables are posted on time with no errors
  • Scheduling and calendar management of varied always on posts, while taking into account the influx of paid campaign materials from the different business units/areas of specialty
  • Crafting FAQs for social media responses in comments/private messages
  • Replying to customer concerns through comments/private messages
  • Providing test links/demo link for internal and client approval prior to live date
  • Alignment with the media team on links to be supported with media efforts

CONTENT CREATION

  • Create memorable, relevant, and stand-out creative content for social media
  • Provide status captions and other necessary copy requirements for social media posts
  • Work collaboratively with the Creative team to understand their vision of the social posts
  • Work collaboratively with the digital content production team to make sure that expectations on look, animations, cuts, are aligned
  • Provide information on trends and other digital executions that can be used for social media campaigns
  • Strong background on use of short-form video platforms (i.e. Tiktok, IG Reels, Youtube Shorts)
