- Crafting FAQs for social media responses in comments/private messages
- Replying to customer concerns through comments/private messages
- Providing test links/demo link for internal and client approval prior to live date
- Alignment with the media team on links to be supported with media efforts
CONTENT CREATION
- Create memorable, relevant, and stand-out creative content for social media
- Provide status captions and other necessary copy requirements for social media posts
- Work collaboratively with the Creative team to understand their vision of the social posts
- Work collaboratively with the digital content production team to make sure that expectations on look, animations, cuts, are aligned
- Provide information on trends and other digital executions that can be used for social media campaigns
- Strong background on use of short-form video platforms (i.e. Tiktok, IG Reels, Youtube Shorts)
