Assistant Brand Manager

The ASSISTANT BRAND MANAGER is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of marketing strategies and growth for the assigned brand. He/She will support and Assist the Senior Brand Manager on the operational planning and execution of product launches and promotions.
PART OF THE SCOPE OF THE JOB WOULD BE:
- Coordinate with brand comms team, operations, supply chain, and sales teams to ensure timely delivery of brand assets and materials.
- Help maintain project timelines, track milestones, and follow up on action items to keep projects on schedule.
- Organize and manage brand documents, guidelines, product information, and promotional materials.
- Collect and compile performance data for reporting and analysis.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across channels.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must be a graduate in Marketing, Management or any equivalent course
- With at least one (1) year of proven work experience in Marketing and Brand Management as an Assistant Brand Manager or equivalent coming from local food FMCG industry
- Excellent understanding of the full product mix
- Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
- Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
