Job Description:
- Identify training/learning needs for EDD divisions by doing Training Needs Analysis.
- Create training plans based on TNA results and/or requirements of job positions.
- Design and development behavioral and leadership trainings based on TNA results.
- Implement behavioral and leadership trainings to targeted participants thru various methodologies.
- Monitor the status of different behavioral and leadership trainings.
- Prepare post training reports and associated analytics.
- Lead the behavioral team in ensuring targeted trainings are being implemented to targeted participants.
- Assign behavioral team members to conduct trainings based on TNA results/ job position requirements.
Qualification:
- Minimum of 5 years L&OD experience with at least 3 years of experience in a supervisory/managerial position.
- Advantage if have certifications related to Training and Development, Performance Management, and Training Facilitation
- Experience in organizational development, talent management, e-learning design and development
- Willing to work onsite at Pasay City.
