The Center for International Trade Expositions and Missions (CITEM) is the export promotion arm of the Philippine Department of Trade and Industry (DTI). CITEM focuses on developing and promoting globally-competitive small and medium enterprises (SMEs), exporters, designers, and manufacturers. In collaboration with various government and private entities, CITEM implements an Integrated Approach to Export Marketing. CITEM aims to nurture and grow the capacity of its stakeholders to succeed in international markets.
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant, located in Metro Manila. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Tasks include answering phones, managing executive schedules, preparing documents, handling correspondence, and assisting with various office duties as required.
- Proficient in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Excellent Clerical Skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work independently
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Relevant work experience in a similar role is beneficial
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, email)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field is preferred
