Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Channel Operations Associate.
What Are The Job Responsibilities
Channel & Account Operation Champion
- Primary holder of operational knowledge & intricacies of the customer & channel
- Regularly collaborates with Field Sales to gather Operational Insights on Account & Channel
- Must have topline understanding of the customer & channel
- Oversees the implementation of Channel/Account Calendar, ensuring alignment with established execution objectives.
- Oversees the established Channel Capacity & flags if calendar plan is within or will exceed
- Leads in reviewing if National Plans can be operationalized based on unique requirements of their assigned Channe/Customer/Account. For any scheme deviations, they will recommend how to adapt & customize.
- Facilitates permits such as DTI, FDA, & ASC needed for the national programs
- Oversees & executes both TMG & BDP channel/local/account specific programs, ensuring OTIF readiness before handover to field sales for Day 1 Execution.
- Coordinates with both In Store & Eval Team & Third Party Agencies to operationalize program requirements
- Coordinates with relevant stakeholders (Nat'l Trade Promo, BOD, etc) to operationalize programs in the channel/account.
- College graduate, preferably Business Management, Marketing, Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience in Operations (Running Promos, Trade Execution, Talking to suppliers)
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Strong quality and process-based orientation.
- Organized and has the ability to move results forward with a cross-functional team
- Quick learner and is highly adaptable to change
- Five (5) full-time positions available.
