  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Location: 10th Floor, Harton Corporate Center, Paranaque City

Work Set-up & Shift: Work From Home & Night Shift

Your Role
  • Manage both AP and AR transactions
  • Data entry for billing and payments from clients
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Review general ledger and prepare month-end reports
  • Attend weekly client and team meetings and/or trainings.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or any other related fields.
  • At least 5 years of extensive US Bookkeeping experience.
  • Has experience in using Quickbooks.
  • Excellent Communication Skills (both written and verbal).
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Applications specifically Excel.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organization and planning skills, collaboration and partnering skills.
  • Amenable to Work on Night Shift.
  • Amenable to Work From Home.
