From their first inquiry to their final episode upload, you’ll be their go-to person for guidance, clarity, and confidence. Whether it’s helping them book the right package, rescheduling a session, or answering technical questions, you’ll ensure that every touchpoint reflects the professionalism and warmth Poddster is known for.

You’ll work closely with our studio and production teams to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes, while maintaining fast, friendly, and solution-focused communication with clients via chat, email, and phone.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to client inquiries through chat, email, and phone in a timely, helpful, and friendly manner.
  • Guide clients through the booking process, explaining services, pricing, and studio policies.
  • Assist with last-minute changes, cancellations, and troubleshooting common client issues.
  • Update and manage client records using our CRM and booking systems.
  • Coordinate with studio and production teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Handle basic billing or payment-related queries and escalate when needed.
  • Flag recurring issues and contribute ideas to improve our processes and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a customer support or client-facing role (bonus if in media, events, or hospitality).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requests at once.
  • Comfortable using tools like Intercom, Google Workspace, and booking systems (or quick to learn).
