Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Lead located in Quezon City. Qualifications

  • Experience in conducting interviews and assessing candidates
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in recruitment software and platforms
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
