Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in project management, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects from start to finish.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with project management software (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project) is a plus.
