Job Summary

We are currently seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our dynamic team as an HR and Admin Specialist. This role is well-suited for a highly organized and proactive individual with a solid background in HR generalist functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing a broad range of human resources and administrative duties, including maintaining accurate staff records, coordinating end-to-end recruitment efforts, ensuring compliance with company policies, and driving initiatives that promote a positive and engaging workplace culture.

This is a remote (Work from Home) position. To be successful in this role, you must have access to a personal computer with at least an Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 processor, a reliable internet connection, and a quiet, stable work environment. Upon successful completion of a 3-month probationary period, you will become eligible for additional benefits including PTO and HMO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process.
  • Oversee a seamless onboarding experience for new hires by coordinating all necessary tools, resources, and information to ensure a smooth integration into the company culture and operations.
  • Administer the offboarding process with professionalism and care, ensuring a positive and respectful transition for departing individuals.
  • Support the implementation and administration of the company reward and recognition programs to drive engagement and performance.
  • Plan, coordinate and execute team engagement initiatives to foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
  • Provide comprehensive support to the management team, including organizing travel arrangements, preparing key documentation, and facilitating effective communication.
  • Deliver high-quality administrative support by maintaining accurate staff records, generating reports, and responding to HR-related inquiries efficiently and confidentially.
  • Contribute to the success of HR initiatives by assisting with special projects, conducting relevant research, and supporting continuous improvement efforts.
  • Undertake ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by direct management, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to evolving business needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Comfortable and effective working remotely.
  • Proficient in exploring and utilizing various computer software.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
  • Highly motivated and positive-minded individual.

Salary Range: Php 25,000.00 - Php 30,000.00 per month

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm (PH Time)
