Summary:
Join our team as a Sales & Patient Care Coordinator, where you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and ensuring exceptional patient care for our award-winning client. This remote position requires a highly motivated individual with strong sales skills, a passion for patient advocacy and bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) a plus. You will manage both inbound and outbound sales, coordinate patient care, maintain EMR systems, and optimize processes to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate new patient leads through outbound sales efforts.
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and guide prospective patients.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
- Develop and optimize processes and SOPs.
- Ensure exceptional patient satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.
- Collaborate on marketing initiatives targeting a bilingual audience.
- Demonstrate ownership and autonomy in all tasks.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
- Previous experience in sales and healthcare/medical office settings.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) and Spanish (preferred).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and problem-solve.
