Role: Virtual Marketing Assistant

Schedule: Full-time, ~40 hours per week Preferred Hours: U.S. East Coast Business Hours (EST)

Our platform is designed for discerning professionals, food enthusiasts, and executives seeking seamless, concierge-level dining experiences. As we scale, we are seeking marketing talent to elevate our brand presence and accelerate customer acquisition.

Job Description: We are looking for a Virtual Marketing Assistant to help expand and manage our online brand presence. You’ll play a critical role in driving awareness, engagement, and conversions by executing multi-platform marketing campaigns and grassroots outreach. This role requires a creative and analytical marketer with a strong sense of brand voice and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and schedule branded content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Reddit
  • Design engaging visual assets using Canva that align with brand voice and market
  • Write compelling copy for social posts, captions, outreach messages, and ads
  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and message prospective users
  • Manage and respond to DMs, comments, and community engagement across platforms
  • Support influencer outreach and campaign tracking
  • Drive traffic to landing pages and contribute to sales and sign-up conversion goals
  • Analyze engagement metrics and optimize campaigns based on performance data

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of marketing experience, ideally in a startup or launch-phase environment
  • Skilled in visual and written content creation with minimal oversight
  • Hands-on experience managing multiple social platforms
  • Proficient in Canva, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and social publishing tools
  • Strong English writing and editing skills, with attention to tone and grammar
  • Independent, highly responsive, and deadline-driven
  • Bonus: Experience with Meta (Instagram) ads and marketing funnel optimization
  • Must have high-speed internet and a modern computer
  • Fluent or near-fluent English proficiency
