YOUR ROLE
As Test Manager with Capgemini, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing a comprehensive testing strategy and plan for the Branch Teller System implementation, including timelines, resources, and methodologies
In this role, you will play a key role in:
- Drive the creation of detailed test cases and scenarios that cover all functional and non-functional aspects of the Branch Teller Systems
- Lead execution of planned test cases, ensuring that all test results are correctly recorded against the system
- Prepare & present testing reports, incl test results and defect analysis
- Oversee identification, documentation, and resolution of defects and issues discovered during testing
- Collaborate with the Software and System Integration vendor for testing requirements, issue resolution, and understanding system specifications
- Regularly update stakeholders, including project managers, IT teams, and business units, on testing progress, risks, and outcomes
YOUR PROFILE
- 10+ years relevant experience
- Must have experience in end-to-end test management for large scale implementations of branch banking systems; experience in testing of branch teller systems is a plus
- Must have experience in Philippines market or Asia
- Experience with testing automation and SDLC tools (e.g. Karate, HP ALM, JIRA, Microfocus etc.)
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies
- Experience in non-functional testing (e.g. performance, availability, etc.)
