Experience in the Australian industry required.
Requirements:
- Must have a minimum 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the Australian Real Estate industry.
- Must have experienced using tools such as Property Me.
- Daily reconciliation of sales & rental trust.
- Payroll management and processing
- Proficient in Xero
- Accounts Reconciliation
- Ad-Hoc administration and finance tasks
- Must have their own WFH Set Up (dual monitors required)
- Must have back up internet and electricity
- Is willing to use Time Doctor for client security

Job Background:
We are looking for skilled and experienced Virtual Assistants in the Australian Real Estate Industry. You will be expected to work directly with the sales executive and assist with various responsibilities related to the role. Your goal is to be able to assist the sales executive by taking on some of the backend work and allowing them to be more engaged with their customers.
Tools:
You are expected to be proficient and confident with the tools involved in Australian Real Estate such as:
- Xero
- Property Me
- Google/Microsoft Workspace
