Role: Recruitment Associate

Work Schedule: Day Shift - PH Time

Work Setup: Onsite, Makati

Monthly Salary: Up to Php 23,000 + benefits

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Human Resource Management or any four (4) year business course.
  • At least 2 years solid recruitment experience with complex volume recruitment
  • Data organization and storage knowledge.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work systematically to achieve numerical target assigned to the role

Main Responsibilities/ Tasks:

Responsible in guiding its clients on best and most suitable Recruitment and Talent Acquisition methods. Managing the entire process of finding, attracting and hiring talent for their clients.

  • Closely interacts/discusses with clients on search progress. In this connection, he/she exercises independent judgment or decision relative to client’s needs and/or queries
  • Handles and leads multiple end to end search assignments

o Develop and implement strategies based on clients’ needs

o Research into competitors and market place

o Define job description and document specifications

o Identify prospective applicants using a variety of channels

o Create an applicant persona (assessment) for each open position

o Conducts thorough interviews with potential applicants and exercises independent judgment in making a comprehensive assessment/evaluation reports on the endorsed applicants

o Present shortlisted applicants

o Represent the client, handle the offer negotiation on their behalf

  • Build long-term client relationships
  • Research and develop recruiting leads

o Develop a sustainable candidate lead strategy

o Coordinate with external partners to execute recruitment activities (field recruitment and external tie ups) efficiently and effectively, resulting to a significant increase in the talent pool
