Your mission – in plain English
- Own Level-2/3 support for our .NET + SQL Server integration platform.
- Diagnose and patch stored-procedure and C# issues (you'll have senior dev backup).
- Keep stakeholders calmly updated in crystal-clear English.
- Capture the fix in our knowledge base so the next engineer says "thanks!"
You'll fit right in if you...
- Speak and write English fluently – daily calls with native speakers.
- Have 2 + yrs hands-on T-SQL (complex joins, performance tuning).
- Can read/step through C# (LINQ, async/await) to locate the root cause.
- Love puzzles, logs and packet captures more than finger-pointing.
- Have stable internet and a Windows PC you control.
- Able to work early mornings (6am start local time) once trained / onboarded.
