The Administrator I - Logistics is responsible for managing and coordinating logistics operations to ensure the efficient and timely delivery of goods. This role involves handling administrative tasks, scheduling shipments, and maintaining accurate records of orders, and suppliers

Job Description
The Administrator I - Logistics is responsible for managing and coordinating logistics operations to ensure the efficient and timely delivery of goods. This role involves handling administrative tasks, scheduling shipments, and maintaining accurate records of orders, and suppliers
Responsibilities: Administrator I – Logistic
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone and email
- Carry out clerical tasks such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, etc.
- Receive and check office documents (ie. Invoices) as needed and endorse to appropriate party
- Assist in the processing and monitoring of employee ID cards
- Arrange PTC shipment outbound and create shipping documents for both international and domestic
- Arrange PTC import shipment and pre-approve commercial invoice of the suppliers
- Notify recipients of the inbound shipments.
- Log shipment information into the import log sheet
- Release shipment to respective employees
- Record keeping
- Perform assigned tasks and produce results
- Must be a college graduate with at least 2 years’ experience
- Fluency in the English language (both oral and written)
- Must have knowledge of shipping incoterms
- Must be familiar with the shipping requirement and documents
- Good looking personality and communication skills
- Hardworking and eager to learn
- Proficient MS Office skills is an advantage, but not a requirement
- Able to work under minimal supervision; can execute instructions and procedures
