Virtual Assistant - Real Estate Agent Attraction
We Clone You is a leading virtual assistant company that specializes in providing virtual assistance to empower businesses of all sizes with world-class virtual assistance. We are currently looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant with expertise in real estate recruitment / agent attraction to join our client's team and take their operations to the next level.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including:
- Conduct outbound calling to real estate professionals at various lead stages (cold to hot)
- Qualify leads and tee up recruiting appointments for the leadership team
- Use and manage Attractify system for tracking, communication, and task setting
- Set up and manage automated funnels and communication workflows (email, SMS, tasks, etc.)
- Offer insights and support in optimizing recruiting systems and processes
- Provide feedback on tech platforms and recommend improvements or new tools
- Help ensure follow-up consistency and clear visibility on pipeline status
- Collaborate closely with the client to continuously refine messaging and targeting
- Troubleshoot and problem-solve technical challenges with systems and integrations
- Contribute to increased recruiter efficiency by taking ownership of backend setup and execution
Requirements
- Experience with recruitment, familiarity with agent attraction strategies is a big plus
- Experience with eXp Realty is a plus
- Strong understanding of real estate recruiting systems like Attractify, Go High Level, or AttractBoss
- Proficient in setting up and maintaining funnels, automations, and drip campaigns
- Excellent English communication skills – both spoken and written
- Able to handle outreach across all lead stages with professionalism and adaptability
- Tech-savvy, organized, and quick to learn new platforms or systems
- Proactive, reliable, and comfortable operating independently with little hand-holding
- Strong follow-through, accountability, and task management
- Ability to work collaboratively and bring structure to a fast-moving environment
- Goal-driven mindset and commitment to long-term success in the role
