Senior Quality and Food Safety Analyst
Job Summary
The Senior Quality and Food Safety Analyst of Quality and Food Safety Department is responsible in ensuring implementation and execution of Quality and Food Safety standards on the overall Operations of Royale Cold Storage to guarantee quality in quality and food safety items being received, stored and withdrawn. Responsible in overseeing team member work for compliance to quality and food safety process and standards.
Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Food Technology/ BS Chemistry/ BS Chemical Engineering/ BS Biology or any Food Science related course.
- Minimum of one year work experience in the same position or its equivalent.
- Training and orientation of Food Safety Management, and document control is a plus.
- Skills and knowledge in HACCP, FSSC, GWP & GOP.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Inspects and analyzes all Incoming and Outgoing products based on the Quality and Food Safety standards and pre-requisite programs and HACCP set by RCS and its respective clients.
- Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about team productivity and efficiency translating it to trend analysis for the assessment.
- Ensures compliance of RCS to Plant and Personnel Hygiene based on the pre-requisite programs set by RCS and its respective clients.
- Ensures completeness of records related to Quality and Food Safety.
- Reviews and submits needed action plans from Internal and External Quality and Food safety audits.
