Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Lead Recruiter role located in Manila, Philippines at Atlanta Industries, Inc. The Lead Recruiter will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, developing sourcing strategies, conducting interviews, and managing candidate relationships. Additionally, the Lead Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition experience
- Experience in developing and implementing sourcing strategies
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
