Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Manager located in Philippines. The Technical Manager will be responsible for providing technical support, managing pre and aftersales, and leading project management initiatives. The role includes evaluating and analyzing technical solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and experience in evaluating technical solutions
  • Experience in Technical Support and troubleshooting issues
  • Knowledge in Fintech, POS solutions and Payment
  • Project Management skills and ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Philippines
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in the payment and merchant solutions industry is a plus
