Job Title: Junior Admin Analyst (AU)
Job Overview:
The Junior Admin Analyst (AU) ensures efficient business operations by handling crucial compliance, financial, and administrative tasks. Responsibilities include preparing and distributing financial and company statements, managing compliance reporting, handling correspondence with regulatory bodies, and supporting various administrative functions to maintain organizational efficiency.
Work Schedule:
6:30 AM – 3:30 PM | Monday to Friday
Work Specific Setup and Location:
One Ayala, Makati City (Office Based for at least 6 Mos during probationary period, subject to change upon permanency)
What You'll be doing:
- Preparation of Company Annual Statements using CAS 360.
- Preparation of Financial Statements and Tax Returns, to be distributed to clients via FuseDocs & FuseSign.
- Management of ATO Correspondence and related tasks.
- General Administrative Support: Assisting with various administrative tasks within the business.
- Sending ASIC Company Statements to clients via FuseSign as required.
- Distribution of PAYG Statements to clients.
- Sending Notices of Assessments to clients.
- Handling Corporate Compliance through CAS 360.
- Creating basic administrative structure charts for client groups.
- Performing additional general administrative tasks as needed.
What will make you a great fit:
- CPA or Non-CPA A (BS Accountancy Graduate, Finance, or a related field is preferred)
- At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in an administrative role with Australian clients
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to grasp new software easily and proficient in Microsoft Products, Xero and other cloudbased practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident to ask questions anytime
- Ability to work independently and take the lead in understanding and meeting clients’ business goals. • Proactive and able to manage time effectively.
