Summary of Position
We are seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented Marketing Specialist to develop, execute, and optimize data-driven marketing campaigns across a range of digital channels, including Paid Social, SEM, Programmatic, Shopping, and Display. This pivotal role demands end-to-end campaign management expertise, a strong focus on maximizing ROI, and the ability to derive actionable insights from performance analysis. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Paid Social, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager, with a proven strategic mindset to drive significant and measurable results. A strong understanding of advanced measurement concepts, particularly Google's Enhanced Conversions, is crucial.
Primary Tasks
As a key member of our Performance Media team, you will be expected to excel in the following core areas:
Performance Marketing & Campaign Strategy
Take ownership of the planning, strategy, and execution of performance marketing campaigns.
Lead the Performance Media team in leveraging our planning processes to develop comprehensive media strategies, plans, and implementation roadmaps.
Play a significant role in the strategic development of client brands and individual campaigns.
Conduct in-depth and knowledgeable assessments of all performance marketing options, utilizing media research tools to generate innovative and data-backed insights.
Lead our clients' online presence across website content and key performance marketing channels: Paid Social (including but not limited to Facebook), SEM, Programmatic, Shopping, and Display.
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of campaign setup, tracking, and tagging methodologies, with the ability to independently implement conversion tracking and custom events across client Tag Manager or other platform accounts.
Manage Campaign Build & Platform Delivery
Deliver rich, data-driven insights and recommendations to continuously improve campaign performance and achieve optimal results.
Present clear and comprehensive communications and media plans to clients, providing strong rationale for key decisions and budget allocation.
Possess deep knowledge and the ability to independently plan, build, and deliver effective digital advertising campaigns for our clients on Google Ads and Facebook Paid Social Advertising.
Ensure reporting integrates platform, consumer, and market data to deliver innovative insights and actionable recommendations.
Performance Media Execution
Deliver best-in-class performance marketing campaign execution and management.
Utilize our established methodologies, third-party reporting tools, and marketing automation platforms to effectively bring strategies to life and drive tangible growth for our clients through digital channels.
Demonstrate a strong ability to effectively leverage data and analytics to understand campaign performance, identify areas for optimization, and continuously improve campaigns and channels with a primary focus on maximizing ROI.
Provide data-backed insights and recommendations for improvements to client websites and landing pages, creative assets, key marketing channels, and overall marketing strategies.
Commercial
Monitor and report on agency contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Develop a strong understanding of the key commercial arrangements with clients, our agency, and third-party vendors.
Provide accurate and timely budgeted forecasts for platform and channel spending across all managed campaigns.
Proactively identify and promote relevant additional services and channels for client consideration and growth.
