Role Description
We are looking for a strategic, analytical, and results-oriented Sr. Operations Manager to join our leadership team. This role will report directly to the VP – Operations and serve as a critical partner in shaping and executing the company’s business strategies. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, lead multiple cross-functional teams, and drive growth through data-driven decision-making and market responsiveness.
This position also plays a key role in collaborating with the Research, Development, and Technical Services (RDTS) Team—working closely with them to evaluate market trends, contribute to product development, and ensure our offerings remain innovative, competitive, and aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work directly with the VP – Operations to design and implement strategic operational plans that support the company’s growth and performance goals.
- Oversee and manage daily operations across Network Business, Sales and Marketing, Customer Service, Retail Hub, and other departments under NBMD.
- Partner closely with the RDTS Team to analyze market trends, support product development initiatives, and align go-to-market strategies.
- Review and assess the effectiveness of current marketing and event campaigns; develop and propose creative, data-driven improvements to drive sales performance.
- Lead and coordinate performance monitoring activities, creating reports and insights to support executive decision-making.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
- Build cross-functional collaboration and ensure alignment between departments to maintain cohesive execution of initiatives.
- Cultivate a performance-driven culture with a focus on innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in operations management, with strong preference for candidates from direct selling and/or network marketing industries.
- Strong analytical mindset with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint) and other reporting or business intelligence tools.
- Demonstrated success in sales and marketing strategy, campaign analysis, and operational leadership.
- Highly organized, creative, and solutions-focused, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with supply chain operations, logistics, and customer service processes is an advantage.
